  As  proposed the project would have  approximately
2,480,000 sq. ft. built  on 37 acres.

4 Times Denser Than The Valencia Town Center After The Expansion

The Avenue at Santa Clarita would include:


1.  Widening Wiley Canyon to 4 lanes  and adding traffic lights to get in and out of this  huge development.*

2. Building a 300 room / 12 story Hotel with conference facilities*

3.  Include 7 Restaurants*

4.  Retail  Anchor Store*

5.   Retail Shops/Office Buildings*

6.   800 Residential Townhomes/condominiums, 250 of those proposed age qualified
 ***That is more Town homes/condominiums than homes in Hidden Valley, The Oaks,
 Oakridge Estates, Brittany Lane and Rancho LaSalle combined.

7.  55,000 sf Fitness Center*

8.  5,300 Parking Spaces
